|Recommended: NoUnreasonable Noise Services Often Oos — The first year was acceptable.
This past year has caused my daughter unnecessary stress, sleep deprivation and now vertigo.
The noise in the hall is unacceptable. Kids use the halls as a meeting room. No appreciation for students working or trying to study.
Elevators and garbage chutes are often OOS.
Vomit often outside or in the building.
Will not be extending lease. Wish we could leave early without penalty. Wildly unhappy. Daughter is always leaving to get sleep somewhere else. For what we pay the environment is poor at best.

|Recommended: YesSafe And Good Management — a perfect housing for students- safe, modern, clean and spacious service shuttle to and from Carleton university is convenient especially in Winter. Management attends to inquiries and concerns in a timely manner. A well maintained facility.
|Recommended: YesThats Great But That Way Too Expensive — The only reasons i'm staying here is because I will leave mid-year and you cannot, with Revalie, have a lease for less than a year. Lease transfer is all but lies. The only great thing is the learning center, otherwise any apartments would be the same

|Recommended: YesThe Overall Quality Is Good, Though... — The overall quality of living here is excellent. The facilities are well furnished. However, in this term, only one elevator is available. The delivery system was not functional at the beginning of September. The shuttle is not running as regularly as before. Hope the service can be better in the future.
